1. How to fold?

Fold by passing a spatula down through the mixture, across the bottom, and up over the top. This process continues until the mixtures are combined. This traps air into bubbles in the product, allowing baked goods to rise.


2.How to prepare tin?

Trace the shape of your pan onto a layer of baking (parchment) paper. Then rub the base and sides of your pan with butter, line with the paper and rub the paper with butter as well.


3.Why is creaming important?

This is incorporate air into the baked goods, making them lighter and fluffier.


4. How to melt chocolates?

Place in microwave in 20s intervals. Always stir in between each interval to prevent them from burning. There is no going back from that!
